Michael Spell

Michael worked as a small engine mechanic until his retirement. He loved playing dominos, hunting, but most of all he loved fishing!

He was preceded in death by his parents, Mirl Spell, Sr, and Caroline Spell.

Those left to cherish his memory are his son, Jason Spell and his wife, Jessica; grandchildren, Christina Spell, Macie Spell, Brenton Spell, Morgan Bobinger, and Gavin Bobinger; great-granddaughter, Jenna Spell; a brother, Mirl Spell, Jr.; a sister, Elaine Spell Huval; special friend and neighbor, Carolina Birdsong; and a host of nieces and nephews.

The family will welcome the public for visitation Friday, January 26, 2024 at J. E. Hixson & Sons Funeral Home, Chapel of Lilies from 10am until 1pm.

A Celebration of Life Service led by Hixson Celebrant Jody Barrilleaux will begin at 1pm. Interment will follow in Prien Memorial Park Cemetery.
