Peggy Ruth Welch Thomas, 66, of Lake Charles, passed away on Thursday, June 11, 2020 at Lake Charles Care Center. She was born to her late parents, Anderson and Evelyn Welch on August 18, 1953 in Lake Charles.
She is survived by her son, Shawn Eubanks and wife Brittany of Lake Charles; four brothers, David Welch of Hackberry, Anderson Welch "Jr." of Hackberry, Gerald Welch and wife Glenda of Hackberry, Donald Welch and wife Sheryl of Sulphur; three sisters, Evelyn Turner, Grace Simon, Brenda Venable, all of Hackberry; one grandson, Raylan Carl Eubanks of Lake Charles; along with three God Children, Michael Logan, Destiny Simon, and Coltyn Simon.
Peggy is preceded in death by her parents; along with her husband, Wayne Eubanks.
A Celebration of Peggy's life will be held at a later date at First Baptist Church in Hackberry.
