Toulay retired from Cameron Parish library after many years of dedicated service.

Visitation will commence at Hixson Funeral Home in Lake Charles on Sunday, February 1, 2015 from 11:30 AM until 10:00 PM. Rosary will be at 6:00 PM. The visitation will continue at the funeral home on Monday, February 2, 2015 from 9:00 AM until 11:45 AM procession time. The Mass of Christian Burial will be at Our Lady Star of the Sea Catholic Church in Cameron Monday at 1:00 PM with Rev. Herbert J. May celebrating. Committal will follow in the Our Lady of the Marsh Catholic Cemetery in Little Chenier.

Left to cherish her memory are her daughter; Kathy Brooks (Richard) of Ragley; grandchildren, Brian Henley (Erica), John Moon, Kelsi Moon, and Kristin Brooks; great-grandchildren, Cameron Henley and Emily Hedrick, and sister-in-law, Jeanette Benoit. She was preceded in death by her husband, Wilton “WA” LaBove; a son, Jessie Reese; parents, Armogene Benoit and Rose Richard Benoit, and brother, Edward Benoit.
