Wilton "Buck" James Young

Wilton "Buck" James Young, age 61, of Sweetlake, Louisiana passed away on Wednesday, July 14, 2021. Buck was born July 5, 1960 to Wilton John Young and Annie Aniocede Primeaux Young.

Buck is preceded in death by his parents, brothers, Charles, John, and infant James Young.

Those left to cherish Buck's memory is his loving wife of 41 years Jude " Yvett" LeBert Young of Sweetlake, LA; Son Jeremy James Young and Fiance Aleyda Ortega of Sulphur, LA; daughter, Niki Brown and husband, Thomas Brown of Lake Charles, LA; grandchildren, Alex, Bailey and Caylee Brown, Jada, Jayce, Jayden, Jordan, Jaxon Young, Osyel and Osley Alvarado; sisters, Shirley Nunez and husband, Brent of Sweetlake, LA, Cathy A. Trahan of New Iberia, LA.

Visitation will be held at Hixson Funeral Home on Friday, July 16, 2021 between the hours of 3pm until 8pm with a Rosary to be prayed beginning at 6pm. Visitation will resume on Saturday at 8am with Funeral Service 10am. Burial will follow at Grand Lake - Sweetlake Cemetery.

The Young family would like to express their appreciation to the Lake Charles Memorial oncology, Heart of Hospice, Southern Home Health and a very special thanks to Dr. Pervical Kane and Rilee Como.
