She was born and raised in Paterson, New Jersey and worked as a secretary for
Malatesta & Sons Moving and Storage before retiring to Florida in 1992.
She was an active parishioner of St. Matthew’s Catholic Church. She enjoyed
traveling, reading and playing cards - Canasta was her favorite.
She is survived by her daughter Barbara and son-in-law Romeo Donati of Greenacres;
Five grandchildren, Christian (Nicole), Michael (Cyndi), Marissa, Mark (Maria-Gracia)
and Evanthia and five great-grandchildren, Olivia, Noah, Mia, Christian and Nickolas,
sister-in-law Margaret Botto, and nieces, nephews and many dear friends.
She was pre-deceased by her husband Walter and daughter Karen Sandy-Karavanas.
A visitation for Ann will be held Sunday, June 15, 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Dorsey/E. Earl Smith Memory Gardens, 3041 Kirk Road, Lake Worth, FL 33461. A religious ceremony will occur Monday, June 16, 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM, 3041 Kirk Road, Lake Worth, FL 33461. A graveside service will occur Monday, June 16, 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at Royal Palm Funeral Home & Royal Palm Memorial Gardens, 5601 Greenwood Ave, West Palm Beach, FL 33407.
