Charles (Charlie) Franklin Fogleman Jr., 69, of Lake Worth FL passed away on February 22,2024. Charlie was born in West Palm Beach, Fl on April 10th 1954. Charlie loved being outdoors, surfing and the game of golf. He was a lifeguard on Palm Beach Island until he began his employment with FPL. He eventually took the job as the head pro for a few years and won over the hearts of so many people just by the love of the game and teaching others. He always had a way of making strangers smile and laugh even when he was hurting inside. Charlie was an amazing friend, father, son and husband, he loved his family and children immensely and always showed that no matter what. He will be remembered for his love of life and how he kept trying to get back to being “good-time Charlie” again.
