

On July 23, 2023, Dale B. Dodge, passed away in Hospice Care at Delray Medical Center, in Delray Beach, Florida after a long courageous battle with lung cancer. He was born on July 21,1951 in Fitchburg, Massachusetts.
Dale is survived by his devoted wife of 41-years, Diana; their 5 cherished children, Bill Dodge 53/Valerie Blomgren, Russell M. Dodge 51 / Kathleen Dodge, Daniel J. Dodge 49, Kerrianne Hyvonen 47 / Mika Hyvonen, Danielle Beach 46 / Jessie Beach. Dale’s furbabies, Jasper and Bella. Dale’s siblings Wayne P. Dodge, Dana L. Dodge/Catherine Dodge as well as many nephews, and nieces, David Dodge/ Lisa Dodge, Rebecca Davies/ Brent Davies, Nathan Dodge/ Alyson Dodge and great nephews and great nieces, James Dodge/ Emily Dodge, Hannah Davies, Benjamin Davies, Emily Dodge and Lucy Dodge, and many cousins. Proud Poppy to 8 grandchildren, Shane Emerson, Kaylyn Dodge/ Sean Bernstein, Rachel Dodge/ Cameron Simon, Julia Corliss, Hagan Beach, Briana Corliss, Carly Hyvonen, Kaley Corliss. and his 3 Great Grandchildren, Baylee Bernstein, Raegan Bernstein and Rhett Bernstein. Dale is preceded in death by his father, Louis G. Dodge and his mother, Alice L. Dodge.
Dale graduated from the Palm Beach Military Academy. Then went on to open D’s Auto Clinic, which was successful for 41-years. His passion was fixing cars and bass fishing. His fishing buddies were Rusty Warren and George Mayhew and many others.
A Celebration of Life honoring Dale is scheduled for 2:00pm this Friday, July 28th at Seacrest Presbyterian Church, 2703 Seacrest Blvd. Delray Beach, Florida. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory can be sent to Everglades Foundation. Please join the family in honoring Dale by wearing blue, his favorite color.
