Age 39 of Lake Worth, FL passed away April 17, 2018. “Davie” is survived by his loving family: mother, Michele Etzel; father, David Allen Etzel Sr.;brother Josh Etzel; grandmother, Deanna Campbell; aunt, Janice Pietro; uncles, George and Kerry Campbell; and cousins. Davie enjoyed playing chess with his dad, swimming at the beach and volunteering for charities. He especially loved visiting with special cousins Sebastian and Alexander.
