

She received her primary education at St. Philip’s Girls School and then Princess Margaret Secondary School. After graduating secondary school she worked in the retail and food service industry before immigrating here in 1992.
Harriette loved to cook and she enjoyed reading and most of all her “African movies”.
For the past 17 years she has been in the employ of the Winter family of Boca Raton, she took great pride in her work and I loved the children in her care dearly.
Harriette was pre-deceased by her father, Sidney; her favorite aunt, Adelle Harding; uncle, Vernon Belgrave and other aunt, Sylvia Odle.
She will be dearly missed by her mother, Viola Belrgave; husband, Sharace; brother, Decourcey Belgrave; son, Tyrone and daughter, Ivy (Barbados); daughter, Cynthia Ricketts-Bartley; and youngest son, Cameron Belgrave; grandchildren, Patrick, Jordan, Colin, Tiara, Celina, Vanessa, Aliyah, Cameron Jr., Jamal; numerous relatives and friends, Max and the entire Winter family.
Harriette, God saw that you were getting tired, a cure was not to be, so he put his arms around you and whispered “Come to me”.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 23, from 12pm to 1pm, with a funeral service starting at 1pm, at Dorsey-E. Earl Smith Funeral Home, 3041 Kirk Rd, Lake Worth, FL 33461. Interment will follow at Lake Worth Memory Gardens.
