She lived in the town of Morvant where she met and married Arnold Wilson on April 19, 1952. Together, they had 6 children: four girls, Cheryl, Angela, Glynis and Aleisha, and 2 boys, Anthony and Kevan. They also parented Amy, Kenny and Curtis.
Hildred certified as a nurse and midwife in her twenties and practiced those professions until her retirement in 1993. In 2004, she emigrated to the United States and lived in Lake Worth, Florida until her passing.
Her most important life decision was to accept Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior as a young woman, and she later led all her children to do the same.
She leaves to mourn her 9 biological and adopted children; her cherished brother and only remaining sibling, Winston Morgan; her seven grandchildren and three great grandchildren, her beloved niece, Vilma Jorif, and numerous other nieces and nephews as well as friends, in Trinidad and Tobago, and in the United States.
She will be sorely missed. May her memory be a blessing and light to all who knew her.
