Joanna Brown (Hock) Underhill, 84 years old (November 04, 1928). She peacefully passed on into her next life with the Lord on Monday, July 09, 2013. Born in Illinois, she was a lifetime Floridian growing up in Lake Worth and West Palm Beach then moving to Okeechobee. Joanna graduated Lake Worth High School, Class of 1946. She was a dental assistant before marrying and beginning her family. She is survived by her children, Linda (Paul) Schuette, Brenda (Gary) Hemstreet, Cody (Maureen) Brown, JoEllen Dempsey, Laura Jean Dolezal; her sister, Florence Self; her brother, Byron (Betty) Hock. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren with the 25th on the way. Joanna was predeceased by her parents, Ernest and Flora Hock; her husband, Homer J. Brown and her husband, Russell Underhill; her sister, Letha Harris; her brothers, Herbie and Bill Hock and her infant great-granddaughter, Sydney Paige. A memorial service will be held at Dorsey-E. Earl Smith Funeral Home, 3041 Kirk Road, Lake Worth on Friday at 10:00AM in the morning July 12, 2013.
