Age 84, of Lantana, Florida passed away on July 19, 2015.
She was born in Harlingen, Texas to Aldolfo Tamez and Juanita Arellano.
Juana was preceded in death by her sons, Benigo Diaz and Louis Diaz I.
She is survived by her beloved husband Fortino Hernandez, children; Catalina Diaz, Juana (Francisco) Chavez, Alicia (Felipe) Hernandez, Pascual (Ofelia) Diaz, Grace (Mathew) Hernandez, Josie Leon, Alberto (Frances) Diaz, Louis (Sandra) Diaz, Arturo Diaz, Frances (Marcos A.) Ruiz, Mary Jane Martinez, Yolanda Diaz, Felipe (Andrea) Diaz, and 51 grandchildren and 59 great-grandchildren and 11 great-great grandchildren. A visitation will be held at Dorsey E. Earl Smith Memory Gardens Funeral Home on Wednesday, July 22nd from 5:00-9:00PM with a funeral service on Thursday, July 23rd at 10:00AM. Interment will follow at Pinecrest Cemetery, 1724 12th Ave S, Lake Worth, FL 33460.
