

Kenneth V. Willis, born on November 19, 1931, in Haines City, Florida, passed away peacefully on March 4, 2025, in Palm Beach Gardens. Ken lived a life marked by service, love, and curiosity. He loved Jesus and he loved his family.
Ken proudly served in the United States Air Force from 1951 to 1955, earning the National Defense Service Medal and the Good Conduct Medal for his honorable service. Ken worked for the Federal Aviation Administration, as an electronic technician where he made meaningful contributions over a long career.
His deep faith was a cornerstone of his life, and he found joy in working at his church and ministering to others. A long-time member of Good Shepherd United Methodist Church, Ken served on the visitation team, healing prayer ministry team, and in retirement helped lead the attendance team reaching out to church members. He was known for his insatiable curiosity and a profound love for learning.
Ken was preceded in death by his first wife, Sara. He is survived by his current wife, Glenna. Ken also leaves behind his brothers, David and Jim Willis.
He leaves a legacy of love in his daughters Julia and Linda, Linda's husband David, and their children Courtney and Brandon. He is also remembered by his stepchildren: Charles and his wife Trina; Christy, her husband Jerry, and their children Justin and Rachel; and Tom, his wife Cheryl, and their children Chloe, Aiden, and Charlotte. Ken's memory continues through the family members and friends who knew him.
A celebration of life service to honor Ken will be held on April 12th at Dorsey Funeral Home, 3041 Kirk Road, Lake Worth, FL. Please wear bright colors as we celebrate Ken’s life and legacy. Visitation will start at 1:00pm with services at 2:00pm. Following a graveside service, a reception will be held at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Trustbridge Hospice or the Alzheimer's Association.
