Lowell was my very favorite cousin in our family.  I am very depressed that we lost him. I had no knowledge he was sick.  I will miss him forever and cherish the memories I have of him. He was just the greatest. I hope to see him in heaven along with Lee one day.

Lowell was a best friend for 24 years. We shared many a good time together including a few wonderful BBQ's with son Paul. Lowell was a "giver" & always there to help people in need if they were willing to help themselves. We talked frequently and enjoyed sharing common values. I will miss him terribly! Thankfully, as a Christian man I know where he is and where we will meet.

Our prayers with the family! When we were young, there were four of us boys that would hang out together , often at Mr. Flowers house. The group consisted of his son Paul, Russell McGhee , Tim Nelson and myself! Mr Flowers was always super nice and would always feed us ... and he always called me Tiger!  He was always very generous, He would let us work on our cars in his garage, making sure we never ran out of supplies! Once he asked me to run to the store to get more champagne for Russell's wedding that was taking place at his house, he handed me several $100 dollar bills and said "make sure you get too much" !  He will be missed!

Our thoughts and prayers are with the whole Flowers family. I remember the many fun times I had with Lowell over the years. Lowell is now with his Lord and no more pain or any other sorrows.

Our condolences to Lowell's family.  He was a memorable character-- one with a big heart and some rather unique views on life and politics that always made for spirited conversations. Yep, he definitely was one-of-a-kind.

I will greatly miss Captain Flowers. He has been a great business associate, a true friend and my go to guy for refrigeration expertise for over 25 years. The food processing and refrigeration industry has lost a wealth of knowledge with his passing. I will miss our weekly phone chats.
