Maria J Donais

Age 87 of Lake Worth, FL passed away December 26, 2011. She was born into a large Italian family on March 16, 1924 to Joseph and Accursia Soldano in Brooklyn, NY. She was a member of the Italian Progressive Society in Holyoke, MA, the Sons of Italy and St. Therese de Lisieux Catholic Church of Lake Worth. She enjoyed many hobbies including knitting, crocheting, traveling and cooking.

Maria is survived by her loving family: children, Janice Riccillo of Palm Harbor, FL, John and Kathyleen Riccillo of Chicopee, MA and Patrick and Marlene Riccillo of Westfield, MA; sisters, Vita and Fay; brothers, Sonny and Gene; grandchildren, Heather Riccillo,Brian Harvey and Joseph Riccillo, Holly and Rob Smith; great grandchildren, Jennifer, Allison, Jonathan, Jason, Alexander, Rebekka and Robbie, and many loving nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by: brothers Frank and Lou and sisters Jay and Nettie as well as husbands Pasquale L. Riccillo(26 years)and Sidney L. Donais(19 years).

Friends may visit on Thursday, December 29, 2011 from 2 – 4pm and 7 – 9pm at the funeral home. A funeral mass will be held at 11:00am on Friday, December 30th at St. Therese de Lisieux Catholic Church, 11800 Lake Worth Road, Lake Worth, Fl. Services will also be held in Holyoke, MA.
