Nancy was born in Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania to John and Sophie Strelau, both deceased. The family moved to West Palm Beach, Florida. She attended Florida Atlantic University and graduated with an accounting degree. Nancy worked for several accounting firms and later opened her own accounting office in Palm Beach Gardens.
In her retirement, Nancy enjoyed all different crafts, especially needlepoint, which she did everyday. She also enjoyed cooking and baking, which she gladly shared with her neighbors.
Nancy is survived by her sister, Holly and Steven Van Wagener; nephews, Scott and Ellen Van Wagener and their children Daniel, Joshua, and Emma; Michael and Ann Van Wagener and their children Olivia and Henry, all from Houston, Texas; and various other cousins and family members.
Nancy will be kindly remembered by other colleagues and friends, especially her dear neighbors in the Jupiter Heights area where she lived.
