Age 34 of West Palm Beach, FL passed away on August 4, 2015. She is survived by her loving family: son, Daniel; mother, Edith M. Hernandez; twin sister, Melanie D. Hernandez; brother, Christopher D. Hernandez; grandparents, Argentina Fernandez, Aldo and Celia Cardenas; aunt, Marlene “Mimi” Diego and many more beloved aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. She was preceded in death by: father, Ignacio D. Hernandez and grandfather, Eduardo Fernandez. Friends may visit from 6:00 – 9:00pm on Friday, August 7th at the Dorsey-E. Earl Smith Funeral Home. A funeral mass will be held at 2:00pm on Saturday, August 8th at St. Juliana’s Catholic Church, 4500 South Dixie Hwy, West Palm Beach, FL 33405. Entombment will follow at Lake Worth Memory Gardens.
