Robert Bobo

Age 91 of Lake Worth passed away on October 10th, 2010 after a short illness. He was born and raised in Tennessee and had been a resident of Palm Beach County for over 65 years. He retired from Merchant Transport Inc. at age 65, where he was employed for over twenty years.

“Bo” is survived by his loving family, daughters Paula Nash (Jack) of Jupiter, Virginia Pohls (Ronald) of Alamo California, son Larry West (Susan) of Okeechobee, FL six grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. He was predeceased by his wife Juanita A. Bobo, brother Raymond Bobo and sister Helen Mangrum.

He enjoyed traveling and toured the United States and Canada several times with his wife and sister after his retirement. He was an active member of the Palm Beach Winnies and the Jupiter Elks for many years.

Friends are invited to visit from 12:00 to 2:00 pm at Dorsey-E. Earl Smith Funeral Home, 3041 Kirk Road, Lake Worth, FL 33461 on Saturday October 16th, 2010 with funeral services to follow at 2:00 pm. Interment will immediately follow at Lake Worth Memory Gardens.
