56, of Royal Palm Beach passed away at her residence with her family by her side on March 27th, 2011, after a decade-long battle with cancer. She was born on February 26, 1955 in Fayetteville, North Carolina to parents Gailon and the late Betty Maxson.
She is survived by her devoted husband of thiry years, Carlton, sons; Jason, Chad and Trey(Nicole), daughter; Katrina, grandchildren; Elizabeth, Addalee, Jayden, Kayden and Jordon, brother Donnie, and sister, Debbie.
Sherri enjoyed her life in Palm Beach County working faithfully for fifteen years as a Para-Legal for the law firm of Slawson, Cunningham, Whalen and Gaspari. An accomplished bowler, she was the secretary for the county’s 225 Bowling Club. She was fond of motorcycle rides with her husband, particularly their annual trip to Key West.
Friends may visit the family at the funeral home on Thursday, March 31st from 3:00 to 6:00 pm. A Funeral Service will be held at 6:00 pm. Immediately following, Sherri will be laid to rest at Lake Worth Memory Gardens.
