It was an unexpected tragic end of life to a person so loving, giving, artistic and talented beyond words. He had so much left to do as a Producer for his company Focused Vision and Death Proof Records & Films. His positive energy illuminated to all those in his circumference making him a friend to many and an inspiration to them. He loved to be on stage and the center of attention as he performed his persona of Telle Crooks. He still had places to visit, things to see, so we will continue to be his eyes and try to walk in his footsteps to make his dreams come true and carry on his legacy. We lost a wonderful young man, he will surely be missed, but never forgotten. He would want all of us to pursue our dreams and just make it happen.
He lived by his motto: “The only thing a man has in this world is his word.”
Troy is survived by his loving family: mother, Joy Longhurst DeNicola; girlfriend and soulmate, Nicole Torres; grandmother, Nancy Milkman; uncles and aunts, Greg and Dianna Longhurst, Tom Longhurst, Jeanne and Richard Sylvester, Gwen Schuyler, John and Billie Jo Dutkin, Darryl Hurley; step-sister Jeanette Dutton many cousins, nieces, and nephews; a multitude of loving friends; godparents, Mike and Marylou Keleher; and his precious dog, Belou.
