William David Collins, 64, of Boynton Beach passed away on April 14, 2014. He was born and raised in Michigan, moving to Florida with his wife Mary in 1978. He was hired by the City of Lake Worth on September 25 1978 as a journey man lineman in the line Department and retired on January 7 2000 as Superintendent of the Department. Bill and Mary were avid Toadie (puffer-fish) fisherman and everyone knew between August and October, rain or shine, they were out there every day. Bill was loved, respected and will be deeply missed by everyone. His family will gather on Thursday, July 10th from 6-7PM with a Celebration of Life service at 7pm at Dorsey-E. Earl Smith Memory Gardens Funeral Home and Cemetery.
