Those who knew Frances knew her for her quirkiness, sarcasm, and straight-forward attitude, noting that she was never afraid to tell it like it was no matter who you were. Of course, she'd always follow it with her beautiful smile - one of her best qualities. Frances could find the humor in any situation and could bring a smile out of those she loved, even on the gloomiest of days.
Francesann is preceded in death by her daughter, Veronica Fransua, and her son, Fabian Ortega, and leaves behind her daughter, Diana Ortega, sons, Curtis and Jeffery Ortega, her grandchildren, Shannon Sasse, Jeff Ortega JR, James Busby, Les Ortega, Eli Sasse and Evangeline Sasse- Martinez, her brother Bobby Martinez, Ex-husband Jesse Ortega, and many more nieces and nephews who will live on with her memory and carry on with her legacy.
