Jim Archer

Jim Archer was born to Lawrence and Theresa Archer in Denver, Colorado on February 6, 1946. He was a life long Denver native, passing away at his home in Denver on October 14, 2023 surrounded by his family. He was 77 years old.

Jim attended Holy Family Catholic School and worked for many years as a project manager for construction companies. He also sold insurance, and most recently in his life, was a calming face at many funerals, working for Dignity Memorial as a funeral assistant.

Jim was a parishoner at St. Mark's Catholic Church in Westminster, and had a deep devotion to the Sacred Heart.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Margie; children, grandchildren, and many extended family members and friends.

A Rosary will be held on Tuesday, October 24, 2023 at 10:30AM followed by a Funeral Mass for Jim at 11:00 AM at St. Mark's Catholic Church, 3141 W 96th Ave, Westminster, CO 80031. A reception will follow, also at St. Mark's Catholic Church. A Committal Service will be held on Wednesday, October 25, 2023 at Ft. Logan National Cemetery, 4400 W. Kenyon Ave., Denver, CO 80236. Those who wish to participate at Ft. Logan should arrive to the staging area no later than 12:15PM.
