Judith “Judy” Diane Crowley, a beloved mother, sister, artist, teacher, and friend, passed away peacefully in her home March 31, 2026. She leaves behind a legacy of warmth, creativity, and deep compassion that will be felt for generations.
Judy is survived by her son, Timothy Dan Crowley; siblings, Robin Hall and Bob Griffee; nephews Cody Griffee (Jana) and Weston Hall (Malaya); and niece Jennifer Griffee Manaster (David) who will forever cherish her unwavering love and the countless memories they shared. She was preceded in death by her parents, Roy and Omarita Griffee, whose spirit she carried with her throughout her life.
Judy devoted many years to shaping young minds as an art teacher, where she inspired creativity, confidence, and self-expression in her students. Even beyond the classroom, she remained an artist at heart and continually finding and creating beauty in the world around her.
Judy lived her faith through her actions. She was known for her generous spirit, her compassionate heart, and her ability to make everyone feel welcome. She believed deeply in the importance of togetherness and found great joy in gathering loved ones around the table to share laughter, stories and, of course, delicious meals.
Judy will be remembered for her strength, optimism, kindness, and genuine love for people. She had a remarkable way of bringing others together and creating spaces filled with warmth and connection.
Her absence leaves a profound void, but her spirit lives on. A memorial service for close family & friends is planned for April 25th. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that a donation be made in Judy’s name to the Wounded Warrior Project: https://support.woundedwarriorproject.org.
