He was born in Denver, Colorado.
Ted B. Cooper had a career in Law Enforcement and was a member of the Retired Peace Officers of Colorado.
Preceding in Death by his Father Cecil L. Cooper, Mother Freda P. Cooper and Brother Douglas E. Cooper.
He was Engaged to, Candace L. Hidalgo on February 14, 1994.
He was survived by his children Tony L. Cooper, Charlie V. Cooper, Cindi L. Cooper, Christi L. Beach and Teddi J. Dahl. Nine beloved Grandchildren in addition to Great-Grandchildren. Also, survived by his two sisters, Patricia Urton, Cheryl Walton along with Nieces and Nephews.
There will be a Celebration of Life on Thursday, April 26, 2018 at 4:00 pm, at the American Legion Post 17, 1901 Harlan Street Edgewater, CO. 80214.
