Born in Brooklyn, he resided in Lakewood before finally settling in Manchester.
A bus driver for NJ Transit based in Howell for 8 years, he was also a member of the 1181 Amalgamated Transit Union.
Agustin was predeceased by his mother, Maria in August 2011.
Surviving is his loving wife of 17 years, Melinda; 2 children: AJ Arias and Cassandra Shapiro; his father, Wilfredo Arias; and a sister, Yesenia Arias Thompson.
His funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. Monday in the St. Mary of the Lake Church, 43 Madison Avenue, Lakewood, NJ 08701. Interment will follow in the parish cemetery.
