Eugene A. Rinker passed away Saturday, May 3, 2014 at the Ocean Medical Center in Brick, NJ. Arrangements under the direction of D'Elia Funeral Home, Lakewood, NJ. In lieu of flowers please made donations in Eugene's memory to the Wounded Warrior Project.
