James M. Cioffi

Born in Paterson, NJ, he resided in Franklin Lakes, NJ and Marco Island, FL and finally Toms River.

Jim worked side by side with his father and uncles, through his youth and early adulthood, in the family business, New York Certified Supermarkets, Inc. until he and his brother Joe took over the business and expanded it.

Jim served our country in the United States Air Force during the Korean War.

Jim was the son of James and Dorothy Cioffi of Fairlawn, NJ. He was married 66 years and was the cherished husband of Audrey Bender Cioffi of Toms River.

Deeply loved father and grandfather of Caren Cioffi Ciali, her children Brynn Ciali Engelhardt, Blair Ciali, Taylor Ciali, Adam Ciali and four great grandchildren.

Treasured and adored father and grandfather to Amy Cioffi Little and her children Brittney Little and Kelcey Little.

Jim was preceded in death by his sister Grace D'Argenio and survived by his sisters Mary Barbato, Irene Lozzi and brother Joseph Cioffi.

He will be buried in the Brigadier General William C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Wrightstown, NJ
