Judith Reid

Judith Reid, 76, passed away March 1, 2015 at her family’s residence in Toms River. Mrs. Reid was born in New York City, moving to Jersey City, NJ and Hampton, NH for many years before settling in Asbury Park, NJ for the past 4 years. She retired from the North Hampton Library after many years of service. Judith was a member of the United Methodist Church of Hampton and the Past President of the Business and Professional Women’s Group of Hampton, NH. She was a loving mother and grandmother and will be greatly missed by all. Mrs. Reid is predeceased by her husband Robert. Judith is survived by her children, Robert Reid, Sandra Levinger, Catherine Reid and Heather Spoonhour, grandchildren, Michael, Robert, Steven, Grant, John and Megan and brother Lee Moss. Arrangements are under the direction of the D’Elia Funeral Home 1300 Vermont Ave. Lakewood, NJ 08701. A celebration of life will be held at a later date, details to follow. Cremation will be private. In lieu of flowers please make donations in Judith’s memory to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
