Marge was born in Summit, NJ on February 12, 1936 to Paula and Joseph Carrullo. She spent much of her younger years in Summit NJ, graduating Summit High School and working at Chubb & Son before settling down with her loving husband Raymond and raising their family in New Providence, NJ. While mostly a stay-at-home mom, Marge also worked for CR Bard for several years while her children were in high school. Following her husband Ray’s retirement, they relocated to Toms River to spend their golden years.
Marge was a generous and giving person. She adored her grandchildren and great grandchild, sharing her love of life with them. One of her favorite places to be was at their house on Lake Wallenpaupack in the Pocono Mountains. Marge loved to garden, and if you were looking for her you knew where to find her – outside tending to her plants. Her most enjoyable times at the lake house were when the entire family would be together on a weekend spending time down by the lake swimming, boating, and picnicking, or just hanging out at the house on the deck. In her youth, she loved to play softball and she always loved watching any sporting events in person or on tv. Marge took up water color painting as a hobby in Toms River and was a prolific and talented artist, and shared her paintings with family and friends.
Marge is predeceased by her husband Raymond, brother Edward Schadle and sister Joanne Beach, and parents Paula and Joseph, and leaves behind her children Leslie Arneson, Raymond Jannelli Jr and Robert Jannelli (Donna). She also leaves two grandchildren Kristen Genovese (Kent) and Robert Arneson, as well as her great-granddaughter McKenna Genovese.
