She was born in Brooklyn, NY on February 22, 1943 to Mary (DeGiuseppe) and Carmine Palmeri.
Phyllis is survived by her beloved husband of 56 years, Charles, her son Anthony, daughter-in-law Karen, and granddaughters Emily and Katie. She was predeceased by her loving daughter, Stacey. She is also survived by her brother Michael Palmeri and countless nieces and nephews who adored her.
She will be missed by all who she touched with her sweet smile and generous heart.
A mass will be held in her honor on Friday, February 27, 2026 at 10:30am at Saint Luke’s Church in Tom’s River, New Jersey.
