

He was born on July 16, 1951 in Wheeling, WV a son of the late Michael Kordack and Betty (Smith) Dixon. He was the President and CEO of the Ohio Rehab and Diagnostic Center. Anthony was also a member of the American Association of Respiratory Therapy and was an Ohio Licensed Respiratory Practitioner.
He is survived by his wife, Denise (Miller) Kordack of Lancaster; son, Justin Kordack of Williamsport, PA; daughter, Jennifer Kordack (Drew Noble) of Circleville; brother, Michael (Sonia) Kordack of Spring Hill, FL; sister, Sharon (Lionel) Torbett of Lexington, SC; two grandchildren, Cael and Caliyah Noble; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and a daughter, Heather Kordack.
Friends may call Wednesday from 4-8 p.m. in the Halteman-Fett & Dyer Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held Thursday at 11 a.m. in the Grace United Church of Christ, with the Reverend Ruth Farrell officiating. Burial will follow in Floral Hills Memory Gardens. Contributions may be made to the American Lung Association in his memory.
