

Martin “Dud” Lewis Snider, 74, of Pataskala, Ohio passed away on Wednesday, March 17, 2021 at his home in Hebron. Marty was born on January 30, 1947. He graduated from Fairfield Union High School in 1966 and subsequently served four years in the U.S. Navy. Marty went on to graduate from Franklin University in 1972 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. He spent his 40-year professional career in the automotive spring industry, retiring from Frame and Spring in 2012. Marty is survived by his adoring children, Andie Snider and Amy (Tony) Baucco; his loving mother Bernice “Dottie” Douglas; siblings Connie Smith, Marsha Conrad, Jeanie (Steve) Albright, Steve (Linda) Douglas, Scott (Susan) Douglas and Laura (Bill) Mallory; adoring granddaughter Gwenyth Baucco, and many loving nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his father Roe Snider, step-father Harold Douglas, brother, Harold “Dougie” Douglas Jr., and brother-in-law Tom Conrad. Funeral services with Pastor Greg Voight will be held 12:00 p.m. Wednesday, March 24, 2021 at Halteman-Fett & Dyer, Funeral Home, Lancaster. Friends may call on from 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home. Following the service, burial will take place at Hampson Cemetery, Pleasantville.
