Richard Eugene Frazier, 87, of Lancaster, passed away on Wednesday, September 1st, 2021 at Arbors of Carroll. Richard was born on October 1st, 1933 in Lancaster, Ohio to the late Daniel and Paula Holcomb. He worked as an electrician for many years and retired from Equitable Federal Savings and Loan. Richard loved the outdoors and enjoyed fishing and camping. He was very knowledgeable about a variety of plants and trees. He spent many years volunteering as a nature guide at Alley Park.
Richard is survived by his daughter, Debra Rehm; grandchildren, Christopher, Jeremiah, and Jarrod; 3 great-grandchildren; brother, Paul Frazier; and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Delores L. Frazier; parents; his two sisters and three brothers.
Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, September 7th, 2021 at 1PM at the HALTEMAN-FETT & DYER FUNERAL HOME with Pastor Paul Wymer officiating. Burial will follow at Maple Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be held ONE HOUR PRIOR to the services on Tuesday.
