Joan Norah High, age 73, of Langley, British Columbia passed away on Friday January 26, 2018 in Surrey BC. She is survived by sisters, Donna Lovitt, Marion Bakken, brother/sister-in-law, nieces, and nephews. Joan received her Bachelor of Arts in 1968. Her life was full of passion for books, the arts and horses.
A memorial reception for Joan will be held Wednesday, February 7, 2018 at 2:00 PM, at Henderson's Langley Funeral Home, 20786 Fraser Highway, Langley, BC.
