GOODE, Patrick N. 1915 - 2010 It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Patrick Niven Goode on June 3, 2010. He was born on July 16, 1915 at Gerrards Cross, Buckinghamshire, England. Pat graduated as a Chartered Accountant in London, England in 1936. During WWII he joined the R.A.F. as a navigator. Immediately after the war he immigrated to Quebec. In 1949 he moved to Vancouver. He became Vice President of Northland Navigation and later Senior Vice President of Potter's Distillery. He became a land developer in Squamish, establishing the communities of Garibaldi Estates and Garibaldi Highlands. He was well known for his generosity to church and community. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends. A memorial service to celebrate his life will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, June 12, 2010 at St. Oswald's Anglican Church, 9566 - 190 Street, Surrey. In lieu of flowers donations to your favourite charity would be appreciated.
