He was a vibrant personality and he enjoyed verbally sparring with Sue. In fact, those who knew him often remarked that Tim loved to argue for argument's sake. He was very perceptive in recognizing others' feelings, especially regarding Sue's.

Tim's passion for finding a better way to do things was often an end in itself for him. In fact, that interest by itself became something of a hobby for this perpetual problem solver. Since Tim was always searching for new and unusual activities, he developed many interests and leisure pursuits. Some of the things he became an “expert” in might come as a surprise to those who knew him, but most friends and family understood that Tim simply couldn't be limited to just a few activities or ideas. Tim passed away on November 18, 2008 at Langley Memorial Hospital. From Jan 15 2008 until Aug 22 2008 Not one of 5 specialists could figure out what was wrong. His own Doctor was also very frustrated, Tim's personal Doctor finally sent him into Langley Emergency with orders he was not to be released until they had solved this 8 month problem. It was the internal medicine Dr at Langley that finally after 24 hours consulted with all the rest of his specialists, how on earth can a healthy man all of a sudden in 8 months have every organ in his body have something wrong with it. Thyroid (It ran in the family) Heart (His Dad died of a heart attack) Lungs (he was a smoker) Colon (what up here) Liver (this isn't possible). He was then diagnoised with Hemochromatosis.
During his lifetime, nothing appeared impossible to Tim (2 Scoops.) He met the words “it can't be done” with the enthusiastic challenge of a “wanna bet” attitude. Tim was able to recognize the possibilities a new idea held, even when those around him could not. For Tim or 2 Scoops, the traditional way of doing things fell short of his expectations, especially if there were original and untested methods for handling a challenge. For Mr Timothy James Baxter, the fun of living his life could be found in the challenge.
