

He was preceded in death by his parents.
Tony was a 1962 graduate of St. Mary Cathedral High School in Lansing, MI. He then graduated in 1968 from Lansing Community College.
Chief Warrant Officer (CW4) Husch began his military career in 1965 when he enlisted in the Michigan Army National Guard. From 1981 to his retirement in 2003 he served as the Military Pay Technician, Headquarters State Area Command.
CW4 Husch was awarded the Army Commendation Medal 2nd award, Army Achievement Medal 2nd award, Army Reserve Components Achievement Medal 9th award, National Defense Service Medal with Bronze, Service Star, The Armed Forces Reserved Metal 3rd Award, Army Service Ribbon, Michigan Distinguished Service Medal, and The Michigan Service Medal with Gold Oak Leaf Cluster.
His dedicated service and support in the Military Pay Branch ensured all soldiers were taken care of to the best of his ability.
Tony loved MSU basketball and Wharton Center for the Preforming Arts. He loved his cottage up north and Happy Hour with his "squire valley" friends. While up north Tony loved to kayak, snowmobile, ride his 4-wheeler and spend time with his friends and family.
Tony really liked to brag about his two grandsons to anybody who would listen. They were his pride and joy.
He was a great friend, neighbor, father, husband, grandfather and will be missed by all who knew him.
Left to cherish his memory is his wife of 49 1/2 years; Sharon (Rhynard) Husch; his sons, Chad Husch and Ryan (Stella) Husch; grandsons, Lucas and Caden; sister, Lindan Anthony; sister-in-law, Cathy Everling; brother-in-law, Nick Rhynard; step-father-in-law, James (Margaret) Pike and many nieces and nephews.

A visitation for Tony will be held Sunday, January 5, 2020 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Gorsline Runciman Funeral Homes, 900 East Michigan Ave, Lansing, MI 48912, followed by a memorial service at 1:00 PM.
