Annette Haskins

Annette Haskins, age 92, departed this life and ascended to her Creator on January 6, 2013. She was born to Doss and Pinkie (Epperson) Pruitt on October 24, 1920 in Linden, TX. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Gordon Haskins in August 1998; and her daughter, Debra Haskins in August, 2011. She is survived by 3 daughters, Gloria (Jordan) Johnson and Linda (Hardy) Webster of Lansing, and Leopie Lee of Compton, CA; 2 sons, Michael Rainge of Linden, TX, and Dr. Ronnie Rainge, MD, of Okemos; 1 sister, Claudine Walker of Lansing, MI; several grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great-grandchild. She was owner/operator of Haskins & Son, Inc. Construction Company in Lansing. She was very active in her church as well as business related organizations and service clubs in the Lansing area. Funeral Service will be 10:00 AM Saturday, January 12, 2013, at Mask Memorial CME Church, 5601 South Waverly Road, Lansing with Rev. Dr. Michael C. Murphy officiating. Interment will follow in East Lawn Memorial Gardens, Okemos, MI. Visitation will be Friday 2-4 and 6-8 PM at the Tiffany Funeral Home, 3232 W. Saginaw Street, Lansing.
