Arthur Patterson

Of East LansingAge 78, passed away January 30, 2007 at his home surrounded by family. Arthur was a Carpenter for over 40 years. He was a decorated veteran with U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict, and was a member of the Portland V.F.W. Post #4090.

Arthur was preceded in death by his wife of 51 years, Lois E Patterson. in August 2006, and son, Harry E. ?Jupe? Harkness, Jr.; and 3 brothers, Frank, Carl, and Theodore. Surviving are his 3 daughters, Kathy Patterson, Susan (Greg) McClain, and Laura (Michael) Lawrence; 4 grandchildren, Heather, Bradley, Amanda, and Sherri;

Brother, Richard (Elizabeth) Patterson; sister-in-law, Catherine Patterson; and many nieces, nephews, and friends.

Visitation is from 2-4, 6-8 P.M. Wednesday (Today) with services 11:00 A.M. Thursday, February 1, in the Tiffany Funeral Home, 3232 West Saginaw, Lansing with Pastor Wes Emerson officiating. Interment Evergreen Cemetery with Military Honors provided V.F.W. Post #4090. Special thank you to the Sparrow Home Hospice.
