Billie Dale Miller

Billie Dale Miller, age 88, of Lansing, Michigan passed away on Monday, February 17, 2025. He was born on February 17, 1937, in Cypress, Illinois to Robert and Elsie (Hill) Miller. Billie was a member of the 1955 Sexton High School Baseball Team that were state champions. He would later be inducted into the Michigan Baseball Hall of Fame. Billie proudly served his county in the U.S. Air Force from 1956 to 1961. He was a sales manager for several auto dealerships for over 37 years.

Billie is survived by his wife of 37 years, Elsie; 3 daughters, Robin Grein, Tori Piersanti, and Suzette Watson; sons, John Davidson and Edwin Davidson. Billie was preceded in death by his parents and brothers, Robert Harris, Oscar Harris, and Darrell Harris.

Billie enjoyed playing golf, hunting, and loved to support Michigan State University Football and Basketball, which he had season tickets for for several years.

Visitation for Billie will be held Saturday, February 22, 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Community of Christ Church, 1514 W Miller Rd, Lansing, MI 48911. The funeral service will follow at 1:00 PM. A graveside service will take place on Monday, February 24, 2025 1:00 PM to at Fort Custer National Cemetery, 15501 Dickman Rd, Augusta, MI 49012, where military honors will occur.
