

Born October 7, 1945, to Clyde Leston and Charlene Ruth (Ward) Greenman, Charlie spent most of his life in Owosso. He graduated from Corunna High School in 1964. He worked at Olin Craft which later became Georgia-Pacific for over 30 years of service and retired in 2008.
He dedicated his life to caring for his mother until her death. He then married at the age of 62 his step-cousin Bethany Ward and moved to Lansing. He leaves behind his wife Bethany and 2 stepdaughters Jennifer S. Ward and Sarah I. Milks along with 4 nephews and their families: Robert (Emily) Greenman and sons Colin and Andrew; Donald (Brenna) Greenman and son Damian; Jeffery (Rachael) Greenman and sons Landon, Logan and Chase.
Charlie was a quiet man who loved animals and took in every stray that came along. His second love was chocolate candy, a day never went by without a bowl of chocolate sitting beside him.
His lifelong hobby was collecting toy precision tractors and building miniature farms. He loved going to auctions and tractor shows. He also was an avid reader on the Civil War and he and his wife traveled to many Civil War battlegrounds.
Cremation has taken place. There will be no visitation. The interment will take place at Oakhill Cemetery in Owosso, Michigan.

And to the staff at McLaren Hospice, the family would like to extend their sincere thanks and gratitude.
