Connie was born, October 27th, 1936 in Lansing, MI the daughter of Forest John and Ione (Reed) Williams. Connie enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grand and great grandchildren. Connie was preceded in death by her husband of nearly 52 years Carlon E. Tharp and her Parents Forest John and Ione C Williams, Brothers Richard and Russ Williams, Sister Patricia Knuth and Great Grandson Keeghan Tharp. She will be deeply missed by her family and all who knew her. Connie is survived by her Sons, Brian Keith Tharp and Tim Alan (Rose Thompson) Tharp; daughter, Jennifer Leigh (Richard) Wilson. 7 grandchildren, Aimee Bradley, Brian (Nicole)Tharp II, Ashley Tharp, Blake Tharp, Courtney Tharp, Alaina Wilson and Austin Wilson; 6 great grandchildren, Gavin, Chloe, Vivian, Skylar, Paisley and Lincoln. Sister and brother in-laws, Shirley and Gale Coy, Bob and Doris Williams, Marilyn Williams, Jerry and Connie Tharp, along with several Nieces and nephews.
A visitation will be held October 15, 2019 at 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Gorsline Runciman Funeral Homes located at 900 E. Michigan Ave. Lansing, MI 48912. The funeral will be held October 16, 2019 at 12:00 pm, the family will begin to receive guests at 11:00am for a one hour prior visitation at Gorsline Runciman Funeral Homes located at 900 E Michigan Ave. Lansing, MI 48912.
