Dennis James Cody, age 89, of Laingsburg, Michigan passed away on Saturday, September 16, 2023. He was born April 23, 1934 in Kingsford, MI to Albert and Beatrice Cody. Dennis worked as a Union Journeyman Plumber and Pipefitter for Local 388 in Lansing and for Fisher Body. He was an avid sports fan, supporting MSU, the Tigers, and Lions. Dennis enjoyed hunting and fishing.
Surviving are his wife of 68 years, Kay Cody; children, Jeff Cody, Jerry (Linda) Cody, Jon (Karla) Cody, and Julie Kilpatrick; 17 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his son, James (Brenda) Cody and grandsons, Jimmy Cody and Austin Cody.
