Age 79, our loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother passed away unexpectedly on January 18, 2017. She was born April 12, 1937 in Kalamazoo, Michigan the daughter of Vern H. & Eunice W. Miller. Frances was a Licensed Practical Nurse for many years at Ingham Regional Medical center until her retirement.
She was proceeded in death by her parents and her husband William. Surviving are her 5 children, Nancy S. (Ken Mockridge) Stoddard, William (Joy) Allen, Michael (Tracy) Allen, Linda (Mark) Emma, and Michelle (Kevin Lutman) Allen; 7 grandchildren, Jennifer, James, Stephanie, Rebecca, Samantha, Amy, and Amanda, 2 great-grandchildren Weston and Izabella.
A gathering will be from 3:00 to 4:00 p.m. with the Celebration of Frances' Life beginning at 4:00 p.m. on Friday, January 27, 2017 at Calvary Lutheran Church, 6301 W. St. Joseph, Lansing, MI 48917, with Pastor Richard McKenzie officiating. Dinner to follow at the church. Contributions in memory of Frances may be made to Calvary Lutheran Church.
