Harold William Clarke

Age 76, passed away on January 13, 2014. He was born on April 17, 1937 to Cecil and Louise Clarke in Lansing, Michigan.

Harold was one of Motor Wheel’s and later, Good Year’s dedicated general foremen for more than 20 years. After retiring from Motor Wheel he kept himself busy by working numerous jobs, property maintenance and various others. Harold was eager to help family members with home projects and also enjoyed many years of hunting and fishing. Probably one of his most notable traits was that Harold was always willing and ready to help anyone who had a need. He never met a stranger and welcomed all he met with a genuine smile and open heart.

Preceding him in death were his mother and father (Cecil and Louise Clarke). He will be greatly missed by his loving wife, Barbara, of 41 years; sister, Ruthe (Gary) King of South Dakota; daughter, Tanya (Antoine) Geffrard of Southfield, MI; son, Mike (Lorna) Clarke of Lansing; 3 grandchildren (Ali, Sarah, Bobbi); and many nieces and nephews.

In honor of his wishes, there will be no service.
