Huston R Mallory

Dr. Huston R. Mallory of Lansing, Michigan, passed away March 7, 2015 at the age of 74. He was born April 25, 1940 in Lansing, Michigan to Charley Lee and Maude Rosella Mallory. Hugh received his DDS from the University of Michigan in 1964. He was a practicing dentist in Lansing for 35 years. Hugh was an avid golfer and duplicate bridge player.

Huston was predeceased by his parents and his brother, Dr. Merrit Mallory; and his special nephew, R. Cole Sanderson. He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Carol; brother, Dr. Samuel (Susie) Mallory; sister-in-law, Joyce Mallory; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral Service will be held Thursday, March 12, 2015 at 11:00 am at Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church, 7740 W. St. Joseph Highway, Lansing, Michigan 48917, with visitation one hour prior to the service at the church. Friends are invited to a visitation on Wednesday, March 11, 2015 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Gorsline Runciman Funeral Homes, 900 E. Michigan Ave., Lansing, Michigan 48912.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church, or to the charity of their choice.
