Jane was admired for her mental strength and loved for her kindness. The family was blessed to have Jane as the best aunt, and also for being the greatest sister anybody could ask for. A huge Michigan State fan, she was proud to earn her bachelor's degree in Psychology from there. Jane would go on to work part time for various charitable organizations.
Jane is survived by her sister Linda (James) Barber; brothers Gary (Sherry) Spitzley, Douglas Spitzley, Kevin (Debbie) Spitzley, Brent Spitzley, and Craig Spitzley; and sister-in-law Roberta Spitzley; many cousins, nieces, and nephews will also miss her warm and loving presence. Jane is preceded in death by her parents Thomas and Rosemary, and brothers Ronald Spitzley and Scott Spitzley.
A visitation for Jane will be held on Monday 3/31 from 5pm-8pm at Gorsline Runciman Tiffany Chapel located on 3232 W Saginaw St, Lansing, MI 48917. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday 4/1 at 11am at St. Therese Catholic Church, located on 102 W Randolph St, Lansing, MI 48906. The family will begin receiving guests one hour prior. Interment will be at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery.
