Joan E. Regan

Born December 16, 1937 in Holland, MI, the daughter of the late Benjamin and Eunice (Kelly) Bos, passed away February 20, 2013 at the age of 75. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 25 years, Thomas; and son, Christopher. Surviving to cherish her memory are children, Lisa (Rick) Ackley, Lynda (Chevo) Barragan-Regan, Thomas (Kim) Regan, Michael (Cheri) Regan, Randy Regan, Brian (Wendy) Regan, Kevin Regan, and Patrick (Tina) Regan; 33 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; brothers, Donald Bos, and Steven (Catherine) Bos; special sister, Judith K (Jeanne) Royale; daughter-in-law, Asenath Regan; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Joan operated a daycare out of her home for many years. She will be remembered as a loving mother and grandmother that treasured nurturing and raising her family. Joan also loved opportunities to go shopping. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday, February 25th at Gorsline Runciman Funeral Homes, 900 E. Michigan Ave., Lansing. The family will receive friends on Sunday, February 24th from 2:00 – 4:00 PM and 6:00 – 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
