Karen LeVeque, age 49, of Dewitt, Michigan passed away on Saturday, May 31, 2025. Karen was born on January 1, 1976, in Lansing, Michigan, the daughter of Leo LeVeque Jr. and Elizabeth Seely. She spent most of her life at Residential Options in DeWitt, where she was cared for and loved like family.
Karen is survived by her stepmother, Linda Margarita Davaloz LeVeque; her brothers, Wayne (Shalaunda) LeVeque and Scott (Kristi) LeVeque; and her stepsiblings, Chenoa (Andrew) Reyes, Amada (Thomas) Tenlen, and Juan (Stephanie) Davaloz. She is also lovingly remembered by her many nieces and nephews: Cristian, Caitlin, Abigail, Anna, Benjamin, Maxwell, Jarred, John (McKenzie), Maria, Blake, Jayme, Taylor, Tyler, Thomas, Tristin, Tori, McKaylah, Kylie, and Clay.
A memorial service for Karen will be held on Wednesday, June 11, 2025, at 6:00 PM at Gorsline Runciman Funeral Home, 900 E. Michigan Ave., Lansing, MI 48912. The family will gather to greet friends beginning at 4:00 PM until the memorial service.
